The English policy rule is to be careful and respect to the other, people and give a chance to talk english speaking for other people.
Speaking english is the one of the language which important. English must be always in the right sense and never be wrong so that other will understand what you are expressing. and so the Dep Ed will not say anything to the concern people who be little the public school.....
